What I collect
When you submit the quote form, I receive your name, business name, email, phone number (if provided), service area, and the description you write. That's it. I don't run third-party tracking, advertising pixels, or session-replay tools. The site uses Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless and does not fingerprint individual visitors.
How I use it
To respond to your quote request and run the project if you hire me. Email and phone get used to communicate about your campaign. Business details get used to design and write the postcard. Nothing gets sold, traded, or fed to a marketing list.
Where it lives
Quote submissions come to me by email and live in my inbox. I don't run a CRM, I don't pipe submissions into a marketing platform, and I don't share them with anyone outside the project. Files for active clients (contracts, designs, mailing receipts) stay backed up while the project is open. Prospect inquiries that don't turn into projects get deleted within a year.
Cookies and tracking
The site does not set tracking cookies. Cloudflare may set short-lived security cookies to protect against abuse. Your browser may cache static assets — that's normal browser behavior, not tracking.
Your rights
If you've submitted information through the site, you can email me at saunders@utahflyer.com and ask me to (a) tell you what I have on file, (b) correct anything that's wrong, or (c) delete it. Utah residents have specific rights under the Utah Consumer Privacy Act; if you live in Utah and want to exercise any of them, just write and tell me which one.
Children
This site is not directed at children. I don't knowingly collect information from anyone under 13.
Changes
If this notice changes, the new version goes here with a fresh effective date. I won't change it retroactively without telling you.
